Returns

You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags attached, in the original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within a reasonable number of business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at thisforyouza@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as final sale or limited edition drops may not be eligible for return unless defective. Please check the product page before purchasing
